Personal Statement
My name is Joshua Bennett and I wish to continue my football career at the college level. I started playing eleven years ago, and I've been working hard ever sense. I believe my long snapping skills have greatly improved over time. My parents have had a big impact on my life, they've shown me how important my education is. They have made me the honest and respectable person that I am today. My dad got me into football at the age of five. He told me that being a center/ long snapper is a great way to potentially be scouted by colleges. Football has taught me how to take pain as well as to give it right back. One skill I posses in sports is my mindset to never give up, never quit, and always keep pushing. I have great leadership skills and I can look at a situation and talk with my fellow linemen and overcome the obstacle. I am working hard to better my grades in high school I am an A/B student but working to improve my GPA to 3.5 or better. Luckily I have not had very many obstacles in my life that would slow my progress of furthering my education or sports. I cant wait to further my playing field.
