Personal Statement

My name is Journey Cannon. I am a senior graduating in 2020. I play Cornerback/Wide Receiver for John Handley High School in Winchester, VA. I want to play college football and I believe I can help a team win.

My college goals are to be able to graduate with a 3.0, and to get a degree that will allow me to become an entrepreneur.

I work hard on the field and in the classroom. I am a difference maker and always strive to get better. I am a quick learner and it shows in my test taking ability. Being able to perform under pressure helps me succeed on game day.

Thank you for taking the time to learn about me. As you can see I am a good student athlete. I am looking forward to all opportunities to pursue my dream of playing college football.
