I separate myself from others. I come from a small school, but that doesn't keep me from performing at a higher level. I have a drive that makes me want to improve in the classroom, weight room, field, home, and church.
I try to be the best leader, by teaching others and being someone they can rely on, on and off the field. Football has taught me that. The game isn't about putting down your teammates, but by being a leader through teaching and example.
I have been voted on this year as a senior varsity captain. Along with serving as a captain, I am a publicity chairman on the Associated Student Body, a member of our National Honors Society, a member of the Future Business Leaders of America, the first counselor in my LDS church's Priest Quorum, and have achieved the rank of a Life Scout in Boy Scouts of America. Through serving in these leadership positions, I have learned what it takes to succeed and prosper as a whole and as an individual.
Overall, I am a leader, who is excited to be a football player in high school, and in being recruited.
