Personal Statement
My name is Gavin Morrison, and my goal as a student athlete is to start at the college level as a Wide Receiver.
I am hard working, resilient and always keep a positive mindset. When a challenge presents itself I don't steer away, rather I dive in and face it head on. I consider myself a strong team player, helping others find their best while creating positive energy on the field. I am a leader both on and off the field and hold myself to a high moral standard. I strive to do my best academically and finished my last semester with a 3.8 GPA.
I've been in intense training at Ford Sports Performance (FSP) this year where my speed, agility, route running, and explosiveness as Wide Receiver have drastically improved.
Our year has concluded. My final stats are as follows:
- 47 rec, 1082 yards, 6 TD'S, and 5 INTs (rec, yds, and ints are all school records)
- 1st Team All League WR
- 1st Team All League CB
- All State Awards are still in process.
