My name is Zarak Scruggs I am a senior and I currently attend Eatonville high school in Washington. My goal is to compete and play college football. I am high school student athlete my main sport is football, I am wide receiver and a defensive back, my senior season I was blessed to receive 1st team all league WR, 2nd all league team DB, and 1st team special teams. I am also a 3 year varsity and state track athlete. I am 6 foot and 2 inches and weighing 190 lbs I run a 4.30 in the forty yard dash. My accumulative GPA is a 2.5 as of right now, what separates me from other athletes is my size speed and strong belief of hard work and that any goal is possible with the right mindset. I played football in 7th grade and missed my 8th grade season due to a broken finger but I did not really get used to playing until my sophomore year my football team placed third in the state play offs, and that was my first year being on varsity and I was mainly a special teams player. My junior year I started as a wide receiver at 6 foot 1 inches and 170 lbs. As a team we made it to the second round of the state and I ended the season with honorable mention in the evergreen 1a league. This year I helped lead my team to the Washington 2A state top 16 playoffs, although we lost in the first round it was an great experience, I also received all league on both sides of the ball and special teams. I look forward to whatever God has in store for me next, my goal and dream is to play at the next level and be successful in the classroom.
