I would love to have an opportunity to play at the collegiate level! I have been an avid sports participant starting with city league soccer at age 4 and have participated in most school sports programs through my middle school and now high school years. I started playing Grid Kid Football in 5th grade and have found football to be my sport of choice. Right now my desire for further education lies in the Computer Sciences field. I am an excellent team player and am very competitive. I was fortunate enough to get to play varsity ball as a freshman and was named to 1st Team Safety and 2nd Team Running Back in our CWAC League last year as a Sophomore. This year as a Junior, I should set a few records at my school and have had to play multiple positions in addition to my own. I have grown up as a ranch kid and have had to help from an early age - this has helped me to develop a strong work ethic and understanding of how things work in life at an earlier age than many of my contemporaries. I feel that these early life experiences have helped me to be a better competitor on the field as well as contributing to my understanding that everyone needs to do their part in order for a team to be successful. My academic record speaks for itself, and I have now started to take Running Start classes at CWU here in my hometown to help prepare myself for the college experience prior to being out on my own so that I will have an easier transition from high school to college. I am well spoken and have competed in National Competitions in another school program (FCCLA), gaining invaluable presentation skills that have helped to further my personal development. I appreciate the effort that so many hard working coaches have contributed - helping me develop into the player that I am today. Many have commented that I have been very easy to coach and a great asset to whatever team I have been on. I look forward to your call!
