Personal Statement
My name is Yahir Lamas i was born in Sunnyside Washington and raised in Prosser Washington i live with my parents my brother and sister. I started playing football in 5th grade on a gridkids team until 8th grade, at the time I was also playing middle school football after both seasons had ended I had tried out for FBU a elite team that were putting togeter a team on east side of the state and i had gotten a spot on the team. After that I started playing high school football my freshman year I was playing on the freshman team and on JV. My sophomore I was having trouble in the classroom because of covid and online learning I couldn't keep my grades up but I got to play the last 4 varsity games of the year, this last year was my junior and I earned the first team all conference team center I had missed 2 games due to covid and i know i have a lot of room for improvement but I'm always willing to learn and I am very coachable.
