My name is Xander Thatcher I been playing football since I was 6 years old. I have been a lineman the entire time. I have played every position on the O-line and been a defensive tackle all through high school. As a freshman I was starting tackle on defense and offence as well as long snapper for the C-team. Sophomore year I moved around on the JV line primarily playing tackle and long snapper for both JV and varsity and was back on varsity o-line. My junior year was the year that almost didn't happen but we ended up playing a short season. During my junior year I was the starting center and long snapper. This year I am starting at guard and defensive tackle for my senior year. I had the privilege to be coached by my dad who played Division 2 football for Western New Mexico University. I have always loved football and worked very hard to get to where I am at. I also play basketball and played baseball. I am a dedicated and energetic player. Studying the game is something I like to do and do it regularly. I am loyal to my teammates and make sure that the line is on the same page. I like to help out with youth team's on my free time. I am hoping to get to college and study engineering or Psychology.
