Paden Mills '16 Recruiting Profile

My main focus and goal is to get a great education and play exceptional football after high school. In my eyes, I can make a difference on a team, while gaining a secondary education. I want to continue to grow as a student-athlete, understanding that sacrifices will have to be made. I am confidant that my strive to succeed will outmatch any others on the field. 
I have always given my all to football and I do not intend to stop. This season I have played well and will remain on an upward trend. I will do so by continuing to work hard in the weight room and focusing on improving my footwork as a lineman. Over the summer I have improved dramatically in all of my lifts, and have continued to sustain those numbers throughout the season. I am a very determined person who will do everything in my power to help my team succeed.
Motivating my teammates in the weight room and on the field has always been my passion. Ensuring that my teammates and I maintain focus on the task at hand continues to contribute to my team’s success. I pride myself on my outstanding attendance record and work ethic. I lead by example, continuing to motivate others to excel in all aspects. By aiding my teammates to push themselves and then rewarding them of their accomplishments I boost the teams’ morale.
I embody all aspects of a well-rounded player, student, and man. I am an outstanding candidate for any team, because I am a motivator and a hard worker. I put effort into everything I do and strive to achieve excellence.
