I understand that college provides a window of opportunity. It will teach me perseverance, especially independent. My parents would always tell me, and I quote; "Good Tuaoa! You have an A, but the important question is; can you keep it?" I understand that to keep anything my heart desire requires hard work.
Becoming a football player has been an aspiration since boyhood. Over the years I've grown to know that sportsmanship is also important. At the same time winning feels good, losing games gives me lessons, humility, and to balance failure.
I don't have any offers now. There is more to learn. I have alot of patience; and it taught me integrity. To always work hard even when no one is looking. To make right choice even when no one is looking. A good life dont come easy; so i would always work 5 times as harder, trusting the process.
My determination is what sets me apart. I believed that with or without football. Im determined to become a good leader/role model for the future. This is why I've joined to volunteer to support in activities such as feeding homelessness with my church. Volunteer at World Vision warehouse. I also took a part time job 2 nights a week because I want to be a responsible person. I keep myself busy in the positive direction to keep me away from any trouble. I am enjoying it. I also enjoy having good grades. So it's going Good! This is why any team I play for, I play with a mindset to be coachable on the field and outside the field. I appreciate anyone who takes time to teach me to be better
