I like to work out at least four to five hours a day. My goal is to run 10 miles each day and lift weights for up to 2 hours each day. When I was in middle school I was bullied about my weight. I am proud to say I am in shape and not bullied any more and in very good shape. I work out at home on a treadmill, a Bowflex weight machine, stair climber and both stationary and mountain bike. I also am the only freshman on the team to complete workouts with the varsity team in the weight room. I also like to work on speed drills and the 40 yard dash each day. My core strength is improving and I work hard each night during free time or watching T.V. doing various exercises with the end goal of a strong core. I was born with a delay and some times that makes things a bit hard for me. With determination I can achieve anything I set my mind too and work hard each day towards my goal of playing in the NFL. It would be a dream for a coach to reach out and show interest in me. Thank you!
