Personal Statement
Throughout the nation, there’s thousands of kids that can be somewhat compared to me. The difference is, I’m diverse from them in ways any coach and teacher will strive for. On and off the field I’m a warrior, fighting to better myself and the ones around me. Both teachers and coaches love my work ethic and my determination. I have grit, that you won’t find in anyone else. No matter the situation I’m put in, I’ll take advantage of it. My collegiate goals are high but very achievable. I want to major in biochemistry and pursue my M.D. after. I’ll take what I learn on the field into the classroom; the determination and respect that is. Another reason I’m a good candidate is because nothings ever been handed to me. I work for everything I have and I’ve built myself into what I am now. Growing up with my parents always working and divorce wasn’t easy. As a young boy I worked out on my own with football and baseball drills I learned online. I’m different in the sense of work ethic.
