I played on varsity football my junior year and I recently ended my track season, just missing state by default in a 4x200m relay. My freshmen and sophomore year I was our "go to guy" on JV. As a Sophomore, I scored 6 touchdowns and had over 300 rushing yards against one of our top rival teams. I am really looking forward to my senior year of high school football to see how much I can improve. In track, my best event is long jump with my personal best being 21' 3''. I also served as a team captain for my track team this year. As a first year participant in wrestling I also did very well. In a match against my opponent who outweighed me by 20 lbs, I unfortunately broke his arm in a takedown. I participate in our schools off season football lifting program as well as taking part in year round sports. Testing my limits with the goal to continually improve is my mission. My greatest love is football and my team mates are my second family. We are always there for each other and strive to push each other to our limits. Past accomplishments and passions include: achieving a black belt in Taekwondo at age eleven, serving at my church as an usher and helping for special events, and serving my fellow brothers whenever a need arises. I make friends very easily and I can't wait for the challenge of playing at the college level and the opportunity to prove my abilities and improve my techniques.
