I started playing football in 8th grade after playing soccer since the age of 5. My soccer background gave me a head start in kicking because of the similar techniques. Training with the coaches from Kohl's Kicking Camps has really helped me improve my mechanics and has given me the chance to compete against other top kickers. Through kicking I have noticed my enjoyment for refining the small details to continuously improve my craft. I am ranked by Kohl's as a 4.5 star prospect for kicking and continue to train with them regularly. Having to wait my turn behind another good kicker at my high school has helped me learn even more and has also helped me develop as a punter. One aspect of punting that makes me unique is that I am consistent in rugby punting along with traditional punting.
For my remaining time in high school, a goal of mine is to keep improving my GPA as well as to push myself by taking challenging classes. In college I would like to study business and I am looking forward to the challenges that college presents. As a prospect I can be a consistent and reliable player who comes ready to work and improve everyday. I can bring leadership to a program and can help other players at my position with the knowledge that I have at my position. In the classroom I can be a reliable student who maintains solid grades and will always strive to be better. Overall, my skills and leadership can bring a lot to a program and I am confident that I can have an immediate impact in whatever roll I'm needed in.
