My name is Joey Brown. I believe there is no competition I cannot face and I will stop at nothing to compete at the highest level. I plan to graduate in the spring of 2024 from Palmyra-Eagle High School in Palmyra, Wisconsin. My high school is crazy small with 201 students, as is our football program. As a result, I have to do whatever it takes to make my talents seen. As a team, we face great adversity every time we get on the field trying to compete. Good or bad, I push myself everyday to improve and excel to be my best self. Academically, I am a near perfect student. Athletically, I go above and beyond every day to push my limits and to be the best I can be. I am looking for an opportunity to continue my football career upon graduating high school. I have demonstrated the ability to be successful in a variety of positions on the football field such as QB, RB, WR, S, LB, LS, etc. I have played nearly every position on the field which makes me as versatile as they come. In my Sophomore year, I earned all-conference as a wide receiver, in my Junior year, I earned all-conference as a defensive flex (with a broken hand for half of the season) and in my Senior year, once again all-conference defensive flex, WFCA Academic All-State, and I was voted Defensive MVP for my team. My versatility goes beyond football as I invest myself in track, as well. In my Freshman, Sophomore and Junior years, I was a State Qualifier and All-Conference in the 800M relay. My high school was Track and Field Regional and Conference Champions in 2022 and Regional Champs in 2023. I have run 40’s consistently around 4.6 hand-timed. My max bench is 325 and my max squat is 435. I can guarantee that I will continue to give my all, academically and athletically, at the college level.
