My name is Dylan Sumnicht, and I am a senior (class of 2017) wide receiver at Shawano Community High School. I have played varsity football since my freshman year, and was awarded a letter all four years. This past season as a Senior and captain for the team, I received All-State Honorable Mention, and was the leading receiver in the Bay Conference for the second straight year with 1,123 receiving yards, 62 catches, and 14 touchdowns, breaking the Shawano High School receiving yards record. I was also awarded Bay Conference Receiver of the Year as well as All-Conference and All-Region.
In the off-season, I participate in after school strength and conditioning. I also attend personal and group training sessions as Synergy Sports Performance in Green Bay, WI, to prepare myself for next season.
Academically, I am an Honors student with a 3.8 GPA and am ranked 22 of 198 in my class. The Wisconsin Football Coaches Association also awarded me Academic All-State for my grades and play on the field. I am looking for a school where I can achieve my academic goals, while playing competitive football.
