Mitchell Lauersdorf '18 Recruiting Profile

My parents own a second generation excavating business.  My goal is to someday take over the company.  I would like to obtain a degree in business management so I can successfully run the family company.  

I would be a good candidate for your team because I am willing to spend countless hours preparing for games, both mentally and physically.  I am a hard worker and will do whatever it takes to win.  I have a true passion for the game of football.   I am a positive player and I like to motivate my teammates.  When someone falls, I am always the first to help them up.  I always give 100% effort during practice, and nothing less. 

I also work hard in the classroom to keep my grades up.  I enjoy learning new things that will improve my every day life.  Having good character both on and off the field is one of my best qualities.  I work hard to make good choices each day.  I feel that working hard and making good choices is key to my success in the future.
