My name is Dale. I am determined to become the best person I can be and make a positive difference in the world. I aspire to use my athletic abilities and academic achievements to gain the highest-quality college education possible.  I plan to use football and academics to establish a solid foundation for my future.

 I recognize hard work, perseverance, discipline and faith as the traits that will help me discover and fully activate these gifts and talents. Doing so will give me the greatest chance of reaching my full potential. Athletics, competition, and challenges bring out the best in me and I embrace any opportunity that will make me better physically, mentally and spiritually.

I believe that all things are possible with the right attitude, a lot of discipline and a burning desire to be a winner. I have the desire to be a winner in everything I do, especially in athletics and academics. It does not matter what individual awards I get. If we are not succeeding as a team, I have failed to do my job.
