Next College Student Athlete Named to Chicago Tribune’s 2018 Top Workplaces List

CHICAGO (November 2, 2018)—Next College Student Athlete (NCSA)the country’s largest and most successful college athletic recruiting network, has been named one of the Chicago Tribune’s 2018 Top Workplaces. This is the fourth consecutive year NCSA has been named a Top Workplace, moving up to No. 40 on this year’s list.

The Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplaces list recognizes dynamic and supportive organizations in the Chicago area that are committed to creating and sustaining a positive and productive culture. NCSA and other winners were recognized at a ceremony at the United Club at Soldier Field on Thursday, November 1, 2018.

The ninth annual Top Workplaces were determined through employee surveys which measured such qualities as company leadership, communication, career opportunities, working environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits.

Earlier this year, NCSA was named one of the 100 Best Places to Work by Crain’s Chicago Business as well as one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in Chicago.
