Being part of the Final 4 and going to the semi-finals as a sophomore was the highlight of my high school carrier. Being the transfer kid from a school that beat my former team twice was the hard part. I had to earn my respect from the coaches and my teammates, I had to show everyone I wanted more than them. I watch hours of film I studied every player, I looked at their strengths and weaknesses. Sitting out half my season gave me time to understand how my coaches coached and how my teammates played, which also gave me time to understand how my style of play would fit in.
Not being the biggest or strongest player on the team I'll guard and defend the best player on opposite team without a second doubt. With my heart, energy and being the leader of my team I will push everyone to be the best version of them self and to make them better young men and student athletes. I'm able to see the game differently and to help my teammates become better. I will take any helpful advice any player or coach is willing to tell me to help better my game and better myself as a player. I will gladly take any school that's willing to take my game to the next level but also help me develop as a better young man from a educational stand point and a reality stand point of being a student athlete.
