Personal Statement
I love being on the court because it feels natural to me. I was introduced to the game by my two older brothers, whom you can image, have always pushed me to achieve the next level of skill. I take pride in the fact that I am a very "coachable" and driven athlete. I am also my biggest critic and strive to better myself and my teammates with every practice and every game.
I have been playing organized basketball since I was six years old and it has taught me that, as the point guard, I control the pace of the game and the overall success of the team by my ability to see opportunities and openings and deliver the ball. I have also learned that win or lose, we are a team, and the more we support and communicate with one another, the more successful we will be. My goals are to compete at a college level or higher and eventually coach my own team one day.
