Personal Statement
I transitioned from playing a four/five guard to the point guard position. I knew this would be a challenge. I was at a new school, new coach and new position. My hard work and dedication allowed me to become the starting point guard before conference play started. I ended the season with All-Conference and All-State Tourney Team.
My hopes and aspirations for a winning season ended in the semifinals of the state tournament. The experience helped me to grow as a person and refocus my dedication to becoming a more effective point guard. My tenacity and dedication for the next year has been confirmed. My desire to increase my athletic career beyond high school is my driven vision. I am now focusing on next years goal of winning a State Championship.
I have committed to putting in extra training to improve. I learned the value of commitment, sacrifice, teamwork and leadership. My goals for high school is to Graduate and continue my Academic career in College. I hope to one day become a Physical Therapist. I am a funny, humble, respectful and a trustworthy young man. I have a tremendous work ethic on and off the court. I am a playmaker with the ability to make plays and get my teammates open.
