Nikko Tsuki '27 Recruiting Profile

My name is Nikko smith and I believe I should be on every college coaches radar now and in the future. 

I am the first person to enter and leave the gym no matter what time. I take basketball incredibly seriously and work relentlessly to expand my bag and perfect my game. 

On the court I am a very loud talkative player with very good body language and a good attitude. I like to use the phrase “have goldfish memory” because if I miss a shot, it goes right out of my head and I don’t dwell on it. 

-I am a shifty combo guard who can defend 1-4 despite my stature

- I am a knockdown shooter who can get to my shot using anything, screens, iso, catch and shoot, etc 

- I am very fast with a near 40 inch vertical making me have a presence in the paint, if I don’t get a hand on the shoot I know that I can contest it enough to make my opponent miss.

In the classroom I am a very quiet guy and I try to focus on my work to the best of my abilities. The classroom comes first for me because I can’t get recruited with bad grades. I currently have a 3.7 gpa but I aspire to have a 4.0 in the future and I will work to get it. 

I was also just named in the top 8 most underrated players in British Columbia for both varsity and junior varsity players. I look forward to making noise this year and I hope to jump onto coaches radars.
