Personal Statement

I fell in love with basketball at a young age and haven't looked back. I have endlessly worked to improve my game. This same work ethic is also present in the classroom, where I work hard and have received High Honors every semester. I am a 16-year-old junior, and since I am young for my class, I expect to grow more and get stronger over time. My history of being MVP of my freshman team, and receiving the Spartan award on my JV team shows that I have both the skill and the leadership to move to the next level in my basketball career.  I want to compete at a high level and I would be a great fit for a team because I am a good teammate, a leader, and bring positive energy.
