We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.- Aristotle. If I had to compare myself to someone it would have to be Aristotle. Aristotle was an Ancient Greek philosopher and scientist who is still considered one of the world’s greatest thinkers. Although I may not have a 4.0 like some of my fellow classmates, I’ve always considered myself an influential person who enjoys social interaction, strides to the right thing, and studies hard in order to be successful in life. My name is Roderick O'Neil Jones Jr. and i currently attend Valley View High School. I am a 6'1, 163 lb skilled and determined guard that's dedicated to the game. I will graduate in 2020 in the beginning of June. I believe in hard work and dedication not just on the court, but inside the classroom as well. I strongly believe that I could be the best high school athlete in the world, but if I do not have good grades its all meaningless. Honestly, just the opportunity to further my education as well as get a chance to compete at the next level would be amazing. I would love to attend a college or university anywhere in the United States. I feel that I would be a strong asset to anyones team due to the fact that I am a hard worker and I am extremely dedicated to the game.
