Just completed my Freshman year at Montana State for the 2014-2015 Season, but will be transferring out at the end of the school year. I gained valuable experience this past season playing in the Big Sky Conference where I started the final 9 games of the year. Played brutally tough road games in the preseason at #1 Kentucky where I scored 7 pts and had 4 rebounds in only my 3rd collegiate game. Had 5 pts and 5 assists in my first ever collegiate game at UCLA. Following the Kentucky game I suffered a high ankle sprain in practice that knocked me out of the next 5 games and put a halt to the momentum and confidence I had gained during the Kentucky game. The time off hurt me big time, and I fell out of the rotation until late in the season when I received my first collegiate start. In those final 9 games as a starter I was 12-23 from three point range and averaged 17 minutes per game. Following the season the head coach in his first season at MSU decided he wanted to go in a new direction with a few of the players to open up spots for his own recruits that he had been recruiting. Although disappointed I respect the coaches decision and am eager and ready to move on to another opportunity. I have a HUGE chip on my shoulder right now and ready to work that much harder to improve and bring my talents to another university.
Academically I am in great standing having completed 37 units over the year between Summer, Fall & Spring classes. I have a 3.14 GPA at MSU. Please don't hesitate to contact me as I'm eager to continue my basketball journey.
