Dominic Serna '14 Recruiting Profile

As the oldest child in my family I feel a deep sense of responsibility to demonstrate success and set a good example for others.  I would consider myself a great listener, a great competitor, compassionate and able to lead through my actions.  While my dream like many other young men is to play NBA Basketball my near-term goal is to position myself to play collegiate level basketball.  I have a deep passion for all things related to basketball and have a strong understanding of the technical and practical aspects of the game.  While my own success on the court is important I find just as much value in encouraging the ongoing growth and success of my teammates.

I strongly believe that my skills, attitude, leadership and competitiveness would be an asset to any collegiate basketball program and institution of higher learning.   While I have not decided on a long-term career path some considerations are Communication/Broadcasting, Law Enforcement, and Criminal Law.
