My basketball statistics are from my sophomore year (2019-2020) playing on varsity as a starter. Due to the pandemic, California has not allowed team sports. I am hopeful that our season will begin as planned on March 8, 2021 and I will be a junior. Other honors I earned during last years season were all league WYL, all tournament teams, Dinuba tourney and Garces tourney. I was also chosen as the athlete of the week for our local news paper, Visalia Times Delta.
I am a good candidate for any team because I am a team player, I listen to my coaches and work harder and longer than the other players.
I am different from other recruits in character in the following ways: I have been practicing and working out on my own every day with a trainer. I have pushed hard on my studies and despite more than 80% of VUSD students having 2 or more F's I have persevered and have a 3.82. I am in the AP computer science class. I have hope and grit. I know how to dig and work hard.
