Stefan Vidovic '14 Recruiting Profile

I’m Stefan Vidovic. One day you will see my name listed in the American Way Magazine as one of America’s Top 10 Plastic Surgeons. Yes, that is a long way away, but I am determined to get there. Right now, I’m focused on finding the right college to help me build the educational foundation I will need to become that surgeon. There are a lot of great Pre-Med programs to get me there if that were my only goal. But, I have an additional goal: to play basketball at the college level and possibly further. You see, basketball is in my blood. My father played professionally overseas, my sister plays at the D-1 level in college and I have played since I was 5. It has long been my dream to play college basketball. I HAVE to play basketball in college! At this point, I cannot imagine my life without it. I’m eager and willing to continue to improve my skills and have the opportunity to contribute at the next level. I’m the first one at the gym each morning and I give everything that I have in both practice and games. At home, you’ll either find me out on the court working on individual skills, strength training or on the computer. I’m a student of the game. I watch on-line coaching videos, professional and college games, looking for ways to improve. I want to be part of a team with others that feel the same about the game and are willing to work as hard as I do.
