Darnell Kindred '20 Recruiting Profile

Hi as you know my name is Darnell Kindred, and I am a Junior currently at Pueblo East High School.  The highlight of my high school career so far, other than achieving a GPA of 4.0 and higher every semester,  is making it to the High School Basketball Final Four for 4A in the State of Colorado and being a vital part of the basketball team.  This experience is like no other, as it has made me stronger as a person and as a team member, and I feel has given me some valuable lessons that would help me play at the collegiate level.

Ever since I could remember I have always wanted to attend college, and play collegiate basketball, which I know I would have to start planning for at an early age, because its not just about the skill level, but also attitude and academics.  I have a very good work ethic, which shows in my grades and my play on the court, which I feel could make a immediate impact on and off the court in a program at the collegiate level.  

I feel my positive attitude, along with my desire to succeed on and off the court, in academics and athletics has prepared me for the next level which I will succeed at.
