Winning all my basketball middle school championships and Covid canceling my freshman high school year of basketball has really driven me as a student-athlete. Nonetheless, during that time, I worked hard for a better skill set and enhanced my progression rate knowing that as long as it was a pandemic I could have more time to work. This experience alone helped me mature as a student-athlete, higher my academics, and play with greater intensity.

 I was fortunate enough to be a part of significant programs, winning 1st with Skyview for two years of junior high in basketball and football. With this influence, I learned crucial values. For instance student-athlete, the student comes before athlete in the term which means that academics and knowledge are prioritized first. All these come together to tell me I'm prepared for the next level of basketball, and I have what it takes as a Student-Athlete Champ to be a captain on your team.
