Personal Statement
Sports is a very important part of who I am. I believe that participating in sports enhances not only my physical abilities, but also my analytical skills. Through athletic participation, I also have the opportunity to build teamwork skills. These are all skill sets that I know will help me throughout life.
As a young athlete, I always dreamed of being able to continue playing at the collegiate level. My parents have always stressed the importance of academics along with the importance of being able to balance my coursework with the demands of team responsibilities. My collegiate goal is to graduate college with either a bachelor’s degree in criminology or sports and entertainment business, while also competing and playing the game that I love so much.
I think what makes me an ideal candidate for any collegiate team is, I am coachable. I am always striving to get better. I bring energy to the game, have a high motor and great hustle. I will play any position and do anything you ask me to do, for the team. I believe what separates me from others is my passion to win, and willingness to play wherever asked. I am not afraid to to be a leader both on and off the court
