Personal Statement
I've been playing basketball since I was nine years old. At first I didn't really take basketball seriously but then once I turned ten I just fell in love with the game. I have amazing basketball IQ, good at rebounding, and making off the dribble shots. I try my best when it comes to my teammates because towards my team I'm considered a team leader. I'm not the best at basketball but I strive to get better and learn more through the years.
Off the court, I work hard in all my classes and try to obtain the highest GPA possible. I would love to attend Florida International University once I graduate. If basketball doesn't work out for me I would love to fulfill my dream of becoming a Cardiothoracic surgery. I hope to become a great role model to all peers and make my parents proud.
