Jack McRae '16 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing basketball since I was five years old. My dream has always been to play ball at the college level. I realize that the opportunity to play in college is not only a once in a lifetime opportunity athletically, but also academically. 

Academics are my foremost priority. I work extremely hard to keep my grades the best they can be. I would like to attend a college with a strong science program. My plans are to attain an MD-PhD in Neurology.

As a team leader I try to lead by example. Juggling athletics with a demanding academic schedule is tough. I strive everyday to improve my skills on the court as well as train to grow bigger, faster, and stronger; while also continuing to perform to the best of my abilities in the classroom. I am very coachable and promise I'll  be one of the hardest working players and recruits you'll ever meet.

I would like to attend a college at which i can push myself both athletically and academically. I hope to find the right college match and become a better leader and role model.
