Personal Statement
Hello my name is Dajon Dancil Class of 2020. I am a guard for Southwest Dekalb High School in Decatur, Georgia. I believe nothing is given to you and hard work and dedication pays off in the end. Loyalty is my dominate trait and I cherish the strong bonds that I've developed with my teammates, schools and community. Higher education is very important to me and my family. I have been training and preparing for the opportunity to compete at the highest level and have the aptitude, work ethic and determination to achieve those heights. I am a born leader and captain who stands strongly in my Christian up bringing. I live for the moment, I embrace it. I believe in those crucial moments, when the game is on the line, that's when true legends are born. I am looking forward to the opportunity to represent myself, my team and my school in achieving the goals that we all set out to accomplish together!
