Keith Gillespie '25 Recruiting Profile

I’m a dual enrollment student who understands the real definition of student-athlete. The word student is first for a reason. Without a focus on education, I am negatively impacting my future, and I won’t be eligible to play. With that said, coaches will never have to worry about my commitment to balance. I am a true leader with a business acumen. I plan on obtaining a degree in business to ensure my businesses are successful as well as create avenues to help athletes better manage and invest their money.

The adversity I've experienced on and off the court has helped me be a much stronger person who manages emotions and keeps grinding. I don’t let that stop me from getting things done and I don’t let failure or rejection define me. I’ve been doubted so much in my life, but with my winning spirit as well as support from family and friends, I dust myself off and keep striving for what I deserve. Everything I do is dedicated to each of my family member who encourage and support me. Life is not always easy, but I know that you will certainly get out what you put in, which is why I am always putting in work to be the best version of myself.
