Personal Statement

In My household College has always been top-priority My mom got her degree from Auburn University and Went on to Kellogg school of Business at Northwestern University and received her MBA. My Dad Graduated from Columbus state University and played for The men's basketball team while a student there. So My whole life have been centered around the importance of college and How It shall become part of my life. I started Playing Basketball at the age of 6 and really I didn't know if I would like it. Suddenly in the 7th grade it happened When I helped  my Middle school team to two consecutive championships my 7th and 8th grade year. Since then I have decided to work hard at this sport because potentially I believe I can play on the collegiate level. My GPA is a 3.88 and I am really pushing hard for a 4.0 for my GPA when I graduate high school.

Since I grew up in this type of collegiate environment becoming a student athlete in college is not only my goal but it will become my life after high school.
