Jace Johnson '18 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Jace Johnson, I'm from Ririe Idaho. I've been playing basketball since I was 3 years old. From the time I was little I've known how to work hard. I grew up on my grandpas farm and as a little boy I would wake up at five in the morning to work with my grandpa almost everyday. The value of hard work transferred to the basketball court,  I was never the tallest or biggest one on the floor but I outworked everybody on that court every game. As a junior I had the opportunity to be a part of a very good basketball team on witch I started. During that season my team went 24-3 and we were state runner up. It was not the ending I or my team wanted but from that experience I learned so much. I learned how to be a better leader that season and how to get those around me to play to the best of there ability. I am a good fit for your program if you are looking for a point guard who knows how to pass, score, bring the best out of all there teammates, have a positive attitude, a winning mentality, and a work ethic that never quits.
