Hi, My name is Chamatae Guy.  Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. Playing collegiate basketball is very important to me. I am very passionate about playing and getting a college education and degree. I have been playing basketball for 14 years and I expect to start varsity this year at Dwight D. Eisenhower High School here in Chicago. I expect colleges to push me into reaching my potential and exploiting my talents to maximize their program.   As a student athlete I have committed myself to working hard in school where I am maintaining a 3.6 GPA while, training 5 days a week working on enhancing my basketball skills including ballhandling and shooting. I am eager to apply my dedication, passion, and coachabilty at the next level. I just need a chance to show any coach looking for a dedicated player who is very passionate about the game of basketball, as well as getting a college education. I feel as if I’m obligated to be the best that I can be and hopefully I can rub off on a college who gives me a opportunity to make a difference within their program and school.   I know the sacrifices and the struggle you have to go through to be a top collegiate athlete,  I will make sure we can win games and I will give the team everything that I have if not more to ensure that our team wins. Anybody that knows me generally knows that  I'm a good friend, player, and student. I value myself in working hard and dedicate myself in the classroom, and the basketball court.  I will put the team first and do everything in my ability to help reach our goal as a team. All I am asking for is a chance to prove that I belong on the collegiate level and hopefully someone will answer my prayers and I can hopefully be a major piece on a very good program.  Please take the time to view my profile and hopefully give some feedback and help me grow as a person, player, and student.
