Personal Statement

I am part of the class of 2022 at Macomb High School in Macomb, IL. I am a 6 foot 4 combo forward who is a good 3 point shooter and a good post defender. I average 10.5 rebounds per game. One of my best attributes is finding my teammates for an open shot or layup. In 2020, I played on the Prep Hoops Circuit and was named a "Top 10 Glue Guy" and received a ranking of 178 in the class of 2022 in Illinois. I was named the Most Dedicated Senior for MHS for the 2021-2022 season.  I am also a tight end/punter in football which has helped me become a better basketball player by bettering my coordination, speed, and strength. Other than being an athlete, I have owned my own mowing business with my brother since I was nine years old. Owning my own business has helped me develop a strong work ethic to put in the extra time to help my team. I have played for the Archangels Athletics basketball program since 2016. I want to coach basketball at the college level and hope to be part of a program that will help me achieve that goal.
