Personal Statement
One of my goals is to attend a college that offers a pre-law program. From a young age I‘ve always wanted to help people. I have found that defending and arguing on ones behalf is something I not only enjoy, but excel at. For as long as I can remember, being a lawyer has been a dream job of mine that I'd love to pursue it if possible. I have played baseball for 10 years, played football for 2 years, a season of track, and a season of volleyball. I have competed in many sports which has aided my skills as a basketball player. All these sports have not only created a better athlete out of me, but also has given me independence and has taught me how to be a great teammate. This diversity of athletics has also allowed me to grow as a leader and someone who puts there team before themselves. I believe if introduced into a new team I could immediately create connections as well as develop good chemistry with my teammates. Everything I do is to increase my skill of basketball. I joined track to get faster, I joined volleyball to jump higher, I played baseball to up my coordination and flexibility. I train at M-14 basketball academy, year round, to combine all these skills and raise my talent as a basketball player. One thing I can say for sure is that I am obsessed with basketball and when I step on the court I am at home, ready to work, to cherish the memories made, to enjoy the grind, to battle along side my brothers, and to ultimately, create another family outside my own.
