My Name is Jeremiah A. Dunklin and I am a 6'3" small\power forward at Rich Central High School in Olympia Fields, IL. I currently play on the Sophomore Boys Basketball Team and I also play AAU Basketball and participate in the Junior Pro Am Basketball Tournaments during my high school off seasons.
My passion and love for the sport of basketball began when I started playing basketball in my local township of Matteson, IL and playing in church basketball leagues since earlier 2015.
Since that time, I have developed a passion and love for the sport of basketball. My will to compete is the source of my dedication to my high school team mates and coaching staff. I have a great amount of respect and loyalty to Rich Central High School as a student, my team mates and coaches. This can be shown by my hard work and dedication to attend and participate in hundreds of hours of basketball training and practices.
My dedication and hard work has allowed me to attend the 2019 All American Basketball Showcase at Moraine Valley Community College and to be nominated for the 2019-2020 USA Boys Basketball Team. To become a well-rounded student athlete, you have to become a good leader on and off the court. I am committed, a hard worker, and strive to become a great student athlete as I move on to men’s college basketball.
I can be a strong asset to any team, because I practice, play hard and I give 150% of myself on and off the court. I also believe that my relationship with my team mates and coaches allows me to be approachable, coachable, while maintaining a high level of sportsmanship and integrity.
My focus is not only on the court as a basketball player, but also as student pursuing great success as I work hard to reach my goals and dream of going on to the next level.
