I'm definitely really blessed and grateful that I can play with a program like Schaumburg Christian, and playing for a smaller private school has definitely showed me a lot of things such as how to step up and become more of a leader and taking more responsibilty on the team. Since people don't really expect us to win or be any good since we're a smaller school it definitely makes me want to work harder and prove to them that not only I can compete at the hardest level but that our school can too. I want people to have a sense of respect for our school and I feel like I can help that through the basketball program here. I've always wanted to play at the toughest level against the best people and push myself to be better than I was the day before. Continuous improvement and not settling for where I am right now has always been my mindset on the court and in the classroom, and I would want to attend a college where I can continue to push myself to the best version of myself and maximize my potential.
