Greetings, My name is Trevor Ron McIntosh, and I eat, sleep, and breathe BASKETBALL. I played on my school's varsity team my sophomore year and became a starter. My stats did not match up to my peak level of play, (because if you aren't getting better then you are doing something wrong) seeing as how at the beginning of the season I was only playing two quarters of Varsity, however with good play and many hours in the gym, I became all varsity and even started sectionals for our defending sectional championship team.
Then, my junior year, I took things over. I started all 24 games this season, and my play made it obvious that I should have. I came out in our season opener and dropped a 25 point game, and continued to score around 17 ppg until I fractured my thumb on my shooting hand, halfway through the season. I overcame that obstacle, even though it affected my averages, I bounced back. Our final game of the regular season I had a 23 point game. First game of sectional I was face guarded and scored double digits, and our last game of sectional I had a 14 point double-double with 10 boards. At the end of the season I received our school's: Field goal percentage award, rebounding award, and season MVP award. Along with that I made our All-Sectional team and was nominated for our all conference team. All that being said, I had a rather successful year, despite my injury, and improved much from the past year.
I would like to go to college to either major in Pre-Law or Secondary Education. I am planning to take the SAT after I take college algebra my junior year. On my ACT my composite score was 24, but I scored a 26 on math and science. I am confident I will do well on the SAT because I have always maintained a GPA of 3.5 or greater, even with honors classes, and a 24/36 is a decent score for the ACT, so be on the lookout for a qualifying score to your team's college. Thank you for viewing my profile, any advice or offers would be greatly appreciated. All I want is to further my education, and continue to play this game that is my passion, because basketball is such a huge part of my life,I couldn't imagine life without it. ~Trevor, Motivated, Driven, and Determined Student-Athlete #30
