Personal Statement
My aspirations is to be a part of a team and build relationships with fellow players and coaches. I love the game of basketball and work to get my full potential. I will do this through off-season training. I feel I am a good candidate for a team because I have been around the game my whole life. When it comes to defense I’m the type of guy who never takes breaks and wants to make my opponent look flustered. Offensively I’m a facilitator, trying to get people the ball in the right spot where they can succeed. I’m all about the team success and not personal. It is the We over Me mentality. But when it’s time to get a bucket, I step up to the challenge. Also being hard nosed and knowing that you can out work anyone with hard work. Something that makes me different from many athletes is that my dad is my head basketball coach. My dad says I am a cerebral player, physically and mentally tough, and I am poised in all game situations. Also other things that make me different from other athletes is just the knowledge of the game. I’m the type of guy that knows where people are without looking and it’s just the senses I use on the court that make me the player I strive to be. The main part is being humble and thanking God through all the successes and failures.
