I'm a quick guard, knock-down shooter and an on-ball lockdown defender. I have a high game IQ and whether my shots are falling are or not, I'm still able make the right play. In terms of my academics, I'm an extremely hard working student where, so far in High School, I've maintained a 96% average. I want to use my skills, not just on the court but also in the classroom to get myself to the next and highest level.
On the court I'm a leader and I hold my teammates accountable. This is a characteristic of mine that can not only be seen in sports but in everything I do. In 2022 at the private school I attended, I received the Roxburgh Leadership Scholarship (among other awards such as MVP for basketball, volleyball and football) and just last month I received a personal letter on behalf of the Minister and the Chief Executive Officer of Nova Scotia Health after their visit to my school. They ended off the letter by saying "Your leadership in supporting the wellness and success of others is inspiring...".
My goal is to join an Ivy League or D2 school who would benefit from having a guard who can score at all 3 levels, who's defensive level matches his offensive level, who is a team first leader and who hates losing more than he loves to win.
