Johnathan Herrick '18 Recruiting Profile

My dream has always been to play college basketball. I started basketball when I was 5 years old. I have had so much love for the game I go to the gym everyday after school and anytime I have a chance. My strengths in basketball are driving and posting up. I really enjoy to drive and either look to score or look to dish to a teammate. I am also a capable shooter. I shot 37.7% from the 3 point line this year. Things that I am working on are my left hand and also my mid range jumper. 

I also give 100% in the classroom. My favorite classes are English and Math. I take an extra English class, Journalism. I also take a dual credit class with DMACC. I am planning to continue taking dual credit classes my junior and senior year as well. I haven't taken my ACT test yet due to what grade I am in but I have been studying for it throughout this year.
