Twice in one year's time, I've been told that I might never play basketball again. Despite breaking both wrists and the one forearm during a pick-up game in summer 2015 and having a hematoma in my thigh in spring of 2016, I came back as a starter for each following season. Now, these injuries do not affect me, and I'm playing at my best. Basketball is a year-round sport for me. Throughout the off-season, I play whenever I get a chance at my local gym. Then, I run cross-country in the fall, which is great pre-season conditioning. Through my dedication and determination, I bring a great attitude and willingness to learn from my coaching staff and my teammates.
