Personal Statement
I am a multiple sport athlete: playing basketball, football, baseball and track. Basketball is my passion and I love the game which I have played competitively since age 8. I have played on club teams (Stars 8-14 and KS Triple Threat 15-17). I play positions 2 thru 5, but mostly 3&4. I have been on the honor roll all semesters and have a cumulative GPA of 3.745 and I take dual credit courses through ACCC. I am a Lyon County League Scholar Athlete. I am a hard working athlete with a tenacious spirit for competition. I am very competitive and rarely want to come out of the game in any sport. I frequently play multiple sports at any given time throughout the year. I am active in the youth group at church as well as FCA at school. I volunteer to help at vacation bible school and I help coach youth basketball. I was raised on the farm and was very active in 4H until my competitive sports took precedent when I became a teenager. I love being on the farm and this is where I gained my intense work ethic.
