Personal Statement
While growing up, basketball has always been my first love. I've come to love the game from always being around it. Additionally my uncle has coached me for as long as I can remember and has continuously put countless hours in the gym with me working on my game.
It has always been a dream of mine to play basketball at the next level and continue my academic career the right school. However, my goals don't stop with basketball; I plan on graduating high school in the top ten in my class and go on the graduate college on the deans list.
All great teams are led by a great leader, and being a leader come naturally to me. Being a captain of the varsity team as a freshmen taught me so much along the way. Its taught me to stay calm, always be supportive, and to lead by example.
I am excited looking forward to the recruiting process and being able to represent your team / university.
